Hi, I’m Elisabeth (or Liz).

I’m a writer based in Cincinnati, Ohio, currently working on a memoir. I write regularly on Substack, usually from my favorite table at my local coffee shop.

Depending on the time of year, you might find me centering clay on a pottery wheel, twirling awkwardly on the dance floor, struggling behind a sewing machine, or crocheting a scarf. I believe creativity is essential to the human experience — even if the finished product is a crooked scarf or an ugly mug. I’m a hobby hopper and learner at my core.

I’m a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200). I enjoy teaching cozy, breath-centered restorative classes as well as playful, pulsy flows.

Lately, I’ve been learning to play crystal singing bowls, with hopes of leading restorative sound baths someday.

By day, I’m a freelance instructional designer. Looking for my instructional design services? Visit UnlockedLearning.org.
